Your total satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or refund you in the original form of payment.
All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included.
Returns using GIFT RECEIPTS are eligiable for exchange or store credit within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the purchase amount only.
Items purchased at full price will be eligible for a price adjustment withhin 14 days of purchase with original receipt.
Items sold at 50% or higher discount can be exchanged for store credit only.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a product, PeekKids.com will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.
Exceptions to Return Policy
Peek... Aren’t You Curious Retail Store Purchases: Returns or exchanges from our retail stores will not be accepted.
Gift Cards: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
You have two ways to return your purchase:
1. Send it back to us.
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the items, return unwanted item(s) using the enclosed return shipping label. Upon return and receipt of the product, peekkids.com will exchange or credit the item, less a restocking fee. Therestocking fee is as follows: 1 item - $6, 2 or more items- $8. Your package will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. If you would prefer to send it back to us using an alternative method, you may send it to us at the address below. Upon receipt of your package, we will exchange or refund your purchase. Our return address is:

Simply bring your shipping invoice, plus a copy of your order confirmation to make a return or exchange. Important: we need the confirmation to ensure that you are credited the proper amount for your merchandise. Visit any one of our Peek... Aren’t You Curious Stores. Upon return of the product(s), the Peek... Aren’t You Curious store will exchange, refund, or credit the item(s). Please note: returns will only be taken at Peek... Aren't You Curious stores; merchandise cannot be returned at any other retail stores that may carry our products.
